Marco Yanez is the CEO and President of Profiles 2020 International LLC, and a Value-Added Associate for TTI Success Insights. He has over four decades of experience in the wine and spirit industry, including a successful tenure as Vice President of Learning and Talent Development at Allied Beverage Group. During his time at Allied, Marco made significant contributions, including the creation of Spectrum and Allied Nations, both sales divisions dedicated to servicing the multicultural trade. He also established Allied Beverage Group’s Learning and Development department, demonstrating his commitment to personal and professional growth.
Marco completed an extensive training program with Robert Alderman and Performance 2000 Inc., earning the distinction of Certified Behavioral Assessment Analyst. He is certified in DISC, Motivators, Driving Forces, Acumen, and Emotional Intelligence. Marco was mentored by Robert Alderman in executive coaching and conflict resolution, and has facilitated numerous workshops on Sales Fundamentals, DISC, Motivators, Driving Forces, Team Building, and EQ. Marco is an authorized provider of TTI SI comprehensive suite of industry-leading behavioral assessment tools that enhance employee productivity, improve company culture, and boost employee engagement. Additionally, he is a certified provider of My Talent Planner.
Marco's professional development includes courses such as Anthony Robbin's "Sales Mastery Course", Dale Carnegie's "How to Win Friends and Influence People", Bob Proctor's "You Were Born Rich", John Kanary’s "The 'C' Zone" and "Top Performer", and extensive training at Coach University. He is a member of the Association for Talent Development (ATD). Marco's career began as a sales representative in New York, where he was given his first opportunity by Charlie Merinoff of Charmer Industries. He later joined Peerless Importers, where he was promoted to management within four years and successfully pioneered the first Hispanic market focus division in the New York area. In 1988, Marco received the prestigious Hispanic Corporate Achiever Award.
Marco's industry training and development path includes time working with Gallo, where he embraced the industry lead standard for the fundamentals of Sales training and development. Prior to joining R&R and Allied, his career also encompassed marketing, consulting, public relations, and advertising for wine and spirits companies to the Hispanic and Multicultural market. In addition to many years of time spent at the distributor level, Marco also put in time with both the supplier and manufacturing tiers of the industry.
Marco holds a degree in business management from Taylor Business Institute and resides in Manhattan.
Robert Alderman
Robert Alderman left behind a remarkable legacy as a professional coach, certified behavioral analyst, author, and assessment provider. He was a value-added associate with TTI for 28 years, during which he received numerous accolades. These included his being named Distributor of the Year four times, Coach of the Year, and a Lifetime Achievement Award. He was also a member of the Chairman's Club every year since its’ inception.
Robert's business experience was international in scope, having founded several private label estate bottled wine lines from France and being selected by Chateau Mouton Rothschild as one of their select USA importers. He was in the wine trade for 23 years and was awarded by the government of France for his contribution to their international trade.
Robert was also the founder and CEO/President of PERFORMANCE 2000 INC. and PROFILES 2020 INC., both nationwide companies that focused on psychological profiling for teams, hiring, and internal development, as well as success coaching for successful people. Robert was an expert in psychometric profiling and was passionate about executive coaching, assisting companies in raising the bar towards peak performance.
Robert's legacy also includes his certifications as a Professional Behavioral Analyst, Values Analyst, TRI-Metrix certified, and having been certified in Emotional Intelligence. He utilized the world's most highly validated TTI assessments. Performance 2000 Inc. and Profiles 2020 Inc. were two of the world's most successful psychometric companies, utilizing TTI profiles translated in 40 languages and distributed to 90 countries. Performance 2000 Inc./Profiles 2020 Inc. have also received numerous awards nationally as one of America's top coaching organizations.
For the last six years of his life, Robert privately mentored and trained Marco Yanez, who will now continue forward honoring Robert’s legacy, as CEO/President of PROFILES 2020 INTERNATIONAL LLC.
